Our service of reparation works expertisely, fluently, reliable and keen.
Your devices will be proofed by specialists and musicians. Our technicians come from the live-, studio-, and broadcast section and they have a know-how for over 25 years, therefore they are able to analyze and to fix faulties quickly and accurately.
We fix every brand at keen conditions even after invalidity of guarantee or warranty.

Please have an understanding that we can't give you information about the handling of your musical instrument or your device because that's an exclusively business of the distributors.
We don't sell devices, we are only specialists in fixing them.

We will grant a warranty of 6 month on all completed workings and the inserted material. (Unfortunately we can't grant more time because we are legitimately committed.) But in some cases we can arrange an accommodation.

Is it profitable to fix my device?

Due to the fact that we are a repair service only we do not have a market overview about prices and devices.
Especially for older devices there is a decision to make if the costs and the benefit of a reparation a proportional.
Very often there are many facts to decide for reparation:
- There are devices which are not manufactured no more and they do not have a replacement
- Pieces or sets which are coordinated with this device
- The quality of the device (e.g. mechanical pieces or processing)
- The device is a rarity
- You don’t want to incomporate with a new device
- A really important fact is also; ‘’good memories’’ und sentimentality

Which payment conditions are excepted at PMS electronics GmbH?

At the moment we accept a direct debit authority within Europe, the payment via credit card and C.O.D.
For shipments to foreign countries we accept the payment via credit card and C.O.D.

Via C.O.D., credit card or direct debit authority (within Europe).
We are a service company and in normal case there is a good deal of the employee’s wages included.
Additional it involves small and minimal amounts frequently by which an arrears billing would exceed the costs multiply.
National constitutions (schools, communities, universities, churches etc.), broadcasting institutions and large concerns may receive consignments on demand, without deduction of discount.

Is there a guarantee that I get back my device at a certain time?

Unfortunately we can’t give you a guarantee because our supplier and also our forwarder can’t give out such guarantees either. But we will do our best to observe your specifications as agreed.

How long does a reparation take?

As long as all necessary spare parts and documents are available you can be sure to receive back the repaired device respectively the cost estimate within 10 working days but we can’t guarantee it because sometimes there are arising unforeseen circumstances while repairing.
